We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple.

Changed your mind?

No problem. You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it. After that, you’ll have another 14 days to send it back.

How to return

1. Email us at [your email address] with your order number.

2. Pack your items securely.

3. Post them back to us. (Unless your item is faulty, you’ll need to cover the return postage.)

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you within 14 days back to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away. We’ll cover the return costs and make sure you get a full refund or replacement.
